Meet the Manager
Bo Micu,
Blossomfield Rose Manager
Keen to be part of an organisation that is leading the way in the health and social care sector, Bo joined MACC Care last year and is delighted to have stepped up from the role of Clinical Lead, to become the Home Manager at Blossomfield Rose.
A Registered General Nurse with a BSc (Hons) in Physical Education and Sports, Bo has wide experience working in hospitals and other care settings. Over his years working within a management capacity, he has continued to make a difference and innovate the face of care, clinically and with a warm, transparent and homely approach.
Bo spearheads quality, compassion and professionalism at Blossomfield Rose and is happy to oversee an exceptional team of dedicated people with complementary skills, focussed on delivering the best of care.
Progressive and forward-looking, he strives to keep his own skills, and those within the team, up to date, and believes that we never stop learning of ways to improve the lives of those we care for.
As an ex-athlete and football player, Bo’s downtime is spent watching sports and keeping active. He is also passionate about cars and enjoys relaxing walks in nature.

Meet the team

Lorraine Shannon
Customer Relationship
Manager
Lorraine started her journey in care when she worked at a local residential home as a school girl, which ignited her passion for working with older people.
Taking a different turn after leaving school, she was inspired to return to care, following the need to engage with a care provider for a family member.
Lorraine joins MACC Care with experience working in domiciliary care, extra care, residential and nursing care.
She supports Blossomfield Rose with care enquiries, working with the local and wider community and organising community events within the home.
Lorraine is looking forward to seeing Blossomfield Rose grow and become a happy home for so many residents.

Paulo Crespo
Head Commissioning
Chef
Paulo joins Blossomfield Rose with a wealth of expertise, starting out his career at Frankie and Benny’s where he was Sous Chef. From there he was Sous Chef at Bill’s Restaurant before promotion to Head Chef.
He has also enjoyed time as Breakfast Chef at Hogarths and Chef at The Boat in Catherine-de -Barnes where he managed the kitchens.
We are extremely lucky to have Paulo at Blossomfield Rose, as not only is he a fantastic chef, he is a pleasure to be around with his happy and smiley demeanour.
Nothing is too much trouble and our residents are in for a real treat with his fabulous food and carefully considered menus, catering for all likes and dislikes as well as specific diets and allergies.

Lewis
Maintenance
Manager
Bringing with him a wealth of experience in the care sector and working in luxury settings, Lewis is proud to be working at Blossomfield Rose. He has been with our start-up team from day one, taking a pivotal role in ensuring the home was ready for commissioning, with safety as his top priority.
We are very lucky to have such an experienced and talented maintenance manager as not only will Lewis repair and maintain the home to the highest standard, he likes nothing more than spending time with the residents and including them when he can, whilst he goes about his work.

Amber
Head of
Housekeeping
Amber brings to Blossomfield Rose a wealth of experience spanning across luxury hotels and care homes.
She is excited to be part of the Blossomfield family and nothing is too much trouble for her.
Amber likes nothing more than to see the home sparklingly clean and maintaining the exceptional facilities to the highest standard, alongside her team of housekeepers.
Whilst going about her work, she always finds time to stop and spend time with our wonderful residents and show them that fabulous smile.
