Boasting a convenient village location, Studley Rose – one of MACC Care’s newest state-of-the-art luxury care homes – provides a warm, compassionate, safe and friendly environment for up to 65 residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Job Overview:
As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are immaculately clean and well-maintained. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to deliver a superior level of service that aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Duties:
– Supervise and train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and standards
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely room turnovers and guest requests
– Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards
– Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
– Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in accordance with hospitality regulations
– Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
Requirements:
– Previous experience in housekeeping within a hospitality or hotel environment
– Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
– Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and management
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
– Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
Skills:
