Dementia Friends

Are you interested in learning more about Dementia, how it affects a person and how you can help those living with Dementia? Perhaps someone you know or in the community?

Come along to Blossomfield Rose Care Home to learn more about progressive disorders affecting the brain and how compassionate, ‘person-centred’ care can best support those close to you.
