Donna Lee, Studley Rose Manager

In 2006 I began my career in care as a healthcare assistant within a nursing home. From this I went on to qualify as Registered Nurse in 2011 and throughout my training, had many opportunities to work in different settings. Despite these experiences, I have always remained happiest working in nursing homes.

As a nurse I gained my CMI Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management. I have worked as both Deputy Manager and a Registered Manager of an established care home and having joined MACC Care in 2021, look forward to helping build Studley Rose into an outstanding home.

Family is very important to me – at the moment, my time is mainly taken up with my two small children. When there is spare time between work and family life I enjoy going to the theatre with friends or curling up with a good book. I have a passion for animals and have two small dogs. We’re currently in the process of growing our family with the addition of chickens, which we’re all very excited about.
