Cristina Buie

My name is Cristina and I qualified as a nurse in 2011.

After moving to the UK in 2014, I started nursing within a care home setting and soon found my vocation – moving up the ranks to Unit Manager and Deputy Home Manager within the space of a year. Over recent years I have furthered my skills and experience within Deputy Home Management and have been a Home Manager since 2023 – a position I love!

I like to lead by example, supporting all care home staff to work as a cohesive team, with resident wellbeing our key objective. We are here to make every individual feel happy and well looked after in a person-centred way.

Outside of work, I have a cat called Sasha who I dearly love. I also like to travel, spend time with my family and for relaxation, I enjoy baking at home.
