Meet the Manager
Clare Mudge,
Acting Home Manager
I am Acting Manager at Bilbrook Rose and bring more than 35 years of nursing and care experience to the role. I began my career in the NHS before moving into social care over 20 years ago, where I have continued to build my passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
For me, excellent care starts with understanding people, building strong relationships and creating a place where everyone feels valued and supported.
Before joining Bilbrook Rose, I was involved in the commissioning and management of Millfield Rose, which gave me extensive operational and clinical experience that I now bring to my role here. My focus is on supporting the team, maintaining high standards of care and making sure residents feel safe, valued and genuinely at home.
One of the things I enjoy most is spending time with residents, learning about their lives and helping to create meaningful experiences around the things that matter to them. I am equally passionate about developing and supporting care teams, helping colleagues build confidence and deliver consistently excellent care.
Outside work, I am a proud dog mum to my chocolate Labrador and enjoy exploring the countryside and villages of the Cotswolds.

Meet the team
Elizabeth Bradley
Customer Relations Executive
My name is Elizabeth, though most people call me Lizzie, and I am the Customer Relations Executive here at Bilbrook Rose. I bring extensive experience from across the care sector, having started my career providing hands-on care and support. I later progressed into senior carer roles, where I was able to support teams, uphold high standards, and contribute to delivering outstanding person-centred care.
Alongside my frontline experience, I have worked within care recruitment and customer service. This has given me a strong understanding of both the needs of the people we support and the expectations of the teams who care for them. These experiences allow me to communicate effectively with residents, families, and professionals, ensuring our approach is always clear, supportive, and centred around individual needs.
I am passionate about helping people feel confident and reassured from their very first contact with us. Building positive relationships and guiding people through their care journey is something I value deeply, and I’m proud to bring that commitment to my role at Bilbrook Rose.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my furry friend, Huxley, as well as gardening and exploring the outdoors.
