I’m the Customer Relationship Executive at Dora Rose Care Home. I was drawn to Dora Rose because of its warm and welcoming atmosphere, strong community spirit and the genuine care shown to residents and families.

My background is in business development and I’ve always enjoyed working with people. I love building relationships and helping others feel confident and supported when making important decisions.

In my role, I support families from their first enquiry and help ensure residents and visitors feel welcomed and listened to within the home. I also work closely with the local community to promote Dora Rose and support events and activities.

What I enjoy most is getting to know residents and families and being part of a team that truly cares about making a positive difference each day. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, DIY projects and spending time with my partner in our first home.
