Meet the Manager
Sandie Preece,
Perdiswell Rose Manager
I am a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager, with a background as a Regional Director and Commissioning Home Manager. Over the past 30 years, starting out as a Care Assistant and working up to Registered Manager, I’ve led teams and services with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
Caring comes naturally to me, and I believe in not only supporting residents within the home but also building strong community connections. I actively engage with local organisations, families, and support networks to create inclusive, enriching experiences for those we care for.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking, taking holidays to unwind, and spending quality time with my family and grandchildren who I adore. These moments recharge me and reflect the balance I strive to bring to my professional and personal life.
I genuinely love what I do, and I’m proud to make a difference every day.

Customer Relationship Manager
Hello, I’m Abi.
My role as Customer Relationship Manager at Perdiswell Rose in Worcester combines my years of experience in sales and marketing with my passion for the care sector.
I enjoy every aspect of my job, from building new relationships and connecting with the community, to showcasing the exceptional person-centred care provision within the home. Guiding families through their journey into finding the perfect home for their loved one is a true honour.
I feel very lucky to be part of the Perdiswell Rose family and hope to welcome you soon.
Jonathan Wilmshurst
Head Chef
With over 20 years of experience in kitchens and restaurants across the UK and France, I’ve developed a deep passion for creating delicious food inspired by a wide range of cultures. Cooking has always brought me great joy, but nothing is more rewarding than seeing our residents enjoy the meals we prepare here at Perdiswell Rose.
I believe food is not just about nourishment — it’s about comfort, connection, and memories. Working closely with our residents, we take the time to understand their preferences and favourite dishes, often recreating treasured recipes that evoke happy memories and a sense of home. It’s a true team effort, and I feel privileged to be part of it every day.
