Jaime Il Chan,
Watermead Rose Manager
Jaime is a dedicated and experienced professional in the care industry, with over 20 years of service that has significantly shaped the quality of care provided in various settings.
A registered nurse, he has devoted his career to enhancing the welfare of not only his residents but also the staff members who support them and the families who entrust him with the care of their loved ones.
By fostering an environment of trust and open communication, Jaime ensures that every individual within Watermead Rose feels valued and heard, which is essential in delivering personalised care.
His approachable demeanour and willingness to listen foster a sense of community among the care home team, which ultimately benefits everyone within the care home ‘family.’
Outside of work, Jaime spends his free time with his loving wife and two daughters – enjoying quality time together and making the of the time when his daughters are young and active. He also likes sports and played basketball when younger.

Customer Relationship
Manager
Sue is the Customer Relationship Manager at Watermead Rose. She was inspired to enter the world of care professionally, due to her personal experience of caring for two family members.
After many years in business development, sales, marketing and education Sue embarked on a career change, where she could utilise and share her skills. In this role Sue can truly empathise with families, listen to their concerns and cries for help and provide the warmth and understanding that many crave, as well as provide constructive advice and support.
Sue is warm, friendly and approachable. Her caring and empathetic nature along with her knowledge, enables her to provide comfort and practical advice and support to families as they navigate their journey into care.
