Healthcare Career: Supporting International Employees
At MACC Care, we’re proud to provide employment opportunities for those with Tier 2 Nursing qualifications. This not only broadens career options for those who live abroad, but has also helped us diversify our workforce.
Having qualified under Tier 2 regulations, our wonderful carer, Sharon, was able to travel from the Philippines to pursue her nursing career: “With regards to MACC Care, it’s been a very small transition. It’s an honour to be able to enable workers across the world to progress in their healthcare career. We know that, for many international care workers, moving countries as part of their job isn’t always an easy process.
Having the opportunity to offer Tier 2 employment makes that process significantly easier – and with Navjot’s assistance, our new employees need never worry about sorting through piles of paperwork.
