Meet the Manager
Justine Cahill,
Studley Rose Manager
I’m Justine Cahill, Home Manager at Studley Rose and a Registered General Nurse, with extensive experience working across a range of care home and regional roles.
After spending a number of years in regional positions, I wanted to return to leading a single home where I could be more closely involved with residents, families and the team. Studley Rose particularly appealed to me because of its strong sense of community and the warm, welcoming atmosphere within the home.
As Home Manager, my focus is on ensuring residents receive consistently high standards of care and support, while also enjoying a fulfilling, comfortable and meaningful life.
What I value most about working in care is the privilege of being part of someone’s life journey and building trusted relationships with residents and their families.
Outside work, I enjoy walking my dog, gardening, wild swimming and paddle boarding. I’m also currently restoring a small retro caravan.

Meet the team
Carla Sidaway
Customer Relationship Manager
Hello everyone, my name is Carla and I am the CRM at Studley Rose.
My first job in care was as a care assistant aged 18 and I have been in the sector ever since. I feel a great sense of achievement when working with the older generation and love to spend time getting to know residents and hearing stories about their lives. Sharing a smile always starts the day off positively!
I have done a few different roles in care homes, ranging from care assistant to activities co-ordinator, laundry/housekeeping assistant and night manager, all of which I have enjoyed and have led me to progress to the role I am in today.
I pride myself in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy meeting new people and guiding residents and their families through the process of choosing a care home – helping them feel at ease and relaxed and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
At Studley Rose I am part of a great team, committed to delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships to create a wonderful atmosphere for the residents already here and for those looking for a new home.
I am very excited to be here and look forward to helping the wonderful home community grow.
