This is Alex our Head Housekeeper at our Willow Rose home. She steams all soft furnishings all week with her team to keep everyone as safe as possible. This is just one element of the enhanced cleaning regimes that we have in place in all our homes. Alex and her team do a fantastic job and Alex always has a smile on her face – such a shame the mask hides it as she has a lovely smile that cheers us all up.
