Meet the Manager
Marie Accison,
Sutton Rose Home Manager
I’ve dedicated my career to healthcare, beginning as a qualified Dental Nurse before briefly working in banking after becoming a mother. My passion for care led me to university, where I pursued an Adult Nursing diploma. Then, in 2018, a visit to a care home ignited a deep love for elderly care.
I quickly progressed from Team Leader to Deputy Manager, earning my NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, before stepping into the role of Home Manager in 2023. Now, at Sutton Rose, I’m committed to creating a safe, warm, and high-quality environment where residents feel empowered to live life to the fullest and truly enjoy each day.
Outside of work, I love gardening, spending time with my four daughters, and baking special cakes for friends and family – a creative passion that brings joy to those around me.

Meet the team

Rosie Boshell
Customer Relations Executive
I am passionate about delivering outstanding care and I’m proud to be part of the Sutton Rose care home team.
With over eight years of experience in the care sector, I’ve had the privilege of working in a range of roles, including Regional Trainer and Wellbeing Coordinator, giving me a strong foundation in both resident engagement and staff development.
I’m driven by a genuine commitment to person-centred care and building strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community. As Customer Relations Executive, I’m here to support residents and families through the transition into care, and help ensure that every one who is part of the Sutton Rose ‘family’ enjoys a safe, fulfilling, and happy experience.
