Meet the Manager
Faye Maycroft,
Blythe Rose Manager
We are delighted to introduce Faye Maycroft who as Manager at Blythe Rose, oversees the provision of respectful, person-centred care and enrichment for every resident.
Having qualified as a registered nurse in 2009, and subsequently qualifying and working as a midwife, Fayre realised that her true passion lay in nursing and for the past 12 years has specialised in the care of older adults, including those living with dementia.
Prior to joining MACC Care, Faye’s expertise saw her progress from nurse in charge within a care home setting, through to deputy manager and home manager, where she steered her team to gaining and maintaining a CQC rating of ‘Outstanding.’
Overseeing the highly skilled and qualified team at Blythe Rose, Faye will uphold the highest standards in dementia ensuring that each resident is ‘Living in Harmony’ – emotionally, with others and with the world around them.
In her free time, Faye enjoys a spot of gardening, is a member of a running club and is kept busy with family life.
