Championing equality,
exceptional care and community
Underhill Lane, Wolverhampton WV10 8LP

Introducing Wulfrun Rose
Wulfrun Rose is a state-of-the-art, luxury nursing home, set in the residential area of Bushbury, near Wolverhampton. Modern, purpose-designed and equipped with excellent amenities, this unique home provides a comfortable, stress-free environment for up to 67 residents.
To complement exceptional care, Wulfrun Rose offers a vibrant, friendly community. Every resident can look forward to a warm welcome and the sense of wellbeing that comes that feeling settled and part of the ‘extended family’.
Diversity and equality are very important to us – we want each and every individual in our community to feel they can be true to themselves; different cultural heritages and lifestyle choices are supported and celebrated.
For engagement and enrichment, there’s always lots going on, including trips away alongside a variety of weekly games and activities, all suited to the interests and abilities of residents. Take for example, the home’s very own choir, the ‘Wulfrun Roses’ who love nothing more than putting together performances (whilst benefiting cognitively and socially – singing lifts the spirits!)

The home is progressive and works hard to offer a hub of support, understanding and friendship for residents and also for their families, hosting regular coffee mornings and memory care sessions, so people can get together and share experiences.
“We listen; we learn; and we grow. The team at Wulfrun Rose is always striving to make the lives of our residents better and if we as staff are happy in doing what we do best, that makes such a difference in residents’ lives.”
Jackie Scott, Wulfrun Rose Manager

Meet the Manager
Jackie Scott,
Wulfrun Rose Manager
Relatively new to MACC Care, Jackie took up the role of Manager of Wulfrun Rose only last year.
It was always my dream to become a nurse and I’ve been one for over 20 years, working for both the NHS and in the private sector. I’ve been a care home manager for several years and have a special interest in care of the elderly, stroke, renal and coronary care nursing. I’d say nursing is my passion and I’m proud to be the manager of Wulfrun Rose Care Home.
I grew up in Walsall, have worked all over the West Midlands and still live in Walsall today with my husband and my cat “fat Clemenza.” I love to travel, read a good cop novel and eat (oh and drink cocktails!)
